The cold cuts are produced according to the family’s traditions, the vegetables of the garden and the meat of the farmyard’s animals find the right exaltation in the recipes proposed by mother Serenella, father Enzo, aunt Rosella and the sons Alessia and Alessandro.
The set menu is seasonal, and it typically has appetizers of cold cuts, legumes and cheeses, accompanied by hot homemade focaccia.
Pasta is also homemade and the meat is cooked slowly in the family’s fireplace.
The tarts with homemade jams, the mantovana and a walnut-cake with a secret recipe will accompany the end of the meal.
