The taste of the raw materials produced in the farm are brought out by the simple recipes prepared by mum Serenella, aunt Rosella and Alessandro, the household handyman.

Enzo is in charge of the meat cooking (butchered by local farmers); Mario the grandfather is an expert pig butcher and prepares all the cold cuts, while Alessia, the eldest daughter, helps serve and prepare the flower arrangements.

The set menu varies according to season. The starters are made up of different kind of cold cuts (don’t miss out the ham, it’s excellent), cheese and pizza, served still hot. All pasta is homemade as well (courses to learn the art of homemade pasta are also organized on request).

Cakes are excellent: don’t miss out the fruit tarts with homemade jam, the so called mantovana and a special walnut cake prepared following a secret recipe.
