The cold cuts are produced according to the family’s traditions, the vegetables of the garden and the meat of the farmyard’s animals find the right exaltation in the recipes proposed by mother Serenella, father Enzo, aunt Rosella and the sons Alessia and Alessandro.

The set menu follows seasons: appetizers of cold cuts, legumes and cheeses are accompanied by hot homemade flavoured bread.

Pasta is aswell homemade and the meat cooked slowly in the family’s fireplace.

The tarts with homemade marmelades, the mantovana and a cake with walnuts from a secret recipe will accompany the end of the meal.
